If u order your sandwich without some items they always mess it up..be sure to check before you leave .happens to me every.time i go there as my kids dont like certain items...we always use.coupons as its a good deal .theit value menu sucks

I went there 620am they open at 6 am today 6/4/22 2 employee cars in parking lot waited in drive through 5 minutes heard the speaker then nothing so called the store no answer then parked car to go in and door lock tried calling again no answer. I heard from a neighbor that she had a problem there with food order and nobody there cared about her complaint she was so upset by the way they acted she just wanted her money back instead of replacing it. So I tried calling store at 1pm today a lady answered I asked for store manager she said her name Alia but she not there today so I will try calling her tomorrow. Im only off 1 day a week and my husband and I chooBurger King wanted to try new breakfast sandwiches and were very upset they could have answered phone or said hay we’re running behind so you mind waiting a few minutes or something but to be completely ignored I was upset and disappointed in the customer service there we ended up just going across street to Dunkin. Hopefully Alia and or corporate office does something about this

Wanted something quick and easy on my way home from work. Granted it was 1145 at night. Drive-through is open until midnight. There were multiple employees inside of the restaurant when I pulled up. However nobody even attempted to take my order at the drive-through. I waited for a good 5+ minutes before leaving

Shame on Burger king for calling the fish sandwich a "Big Fish Sandwich". I have, in the past, ordered this sandwich with no issues. Today I decided to get one. When I opened the wrapper, the fish patty was so tiny you could not see it unless you opened the bread. I have never seen a fish patty that small! I immediately took it back to the register for a refund. I was told this is the size it always was which I told them was untrue, I've never had this problem before. They begrudgingly took it back and gave me a refund. The lady making the sandwiches came and showed me the other tiny patties to let me know this is the size now. I told her thank you for letting me know, I will never visit Burger King again.
