Had a great experience here recently, love the beer selection and food, and the grilled tenders were great. The tenders seemed bigger than the usual little skinny chicken tenders they used to serve, so I am excited to keep coming back for real size tenders with some delicious sauces and tasty brews!

Garbage service! Ordered online prior to arrival. Said it'd be ready at 7pm. Still waiting and they are not even busy. 7:17 now and looks like 4 people are in front of me. Everyone looks dissatisfied. Nothing but children working, there is no resemblance of any responsible adult/manager anywhere. Been asked three times what the name on my order is. Got food at 7:40pm my 10 wings were cold when i recieved them and didn't get the blue cheese i ordered. Asked to speak with the manager. Inexperience is what i saw and lack of accountability in his eyes. Didnt get an apology until i raised my voice and called out their incompetence. It was never volunteered. Demanded compensation for my wasted time and got a coupon. This place is a joke right now. Corporate needs to fire everyone here and start over.

Stood at the front for 15 min without being acknowledged by anyone before deciding to go eat somewhere else. Was not very busy at all. Half the restaurant empty and at least 7 employees a few feet away you’d think they’d be able to seat us quickly or even let us know they would be right with us. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I’ve never had this happen to me at a restaurant ever.

If you like slow and horrible service this is the place for you. Instead of waiting on customers staff is more worried about being on their computer and decorating the Christmas tree. Had to walk up to the bar to get the drinks we ordered and had to ask several times about our food.
