There's been a lot of improvement there in the last 2 years. Old places are being renovated or torn down to bring in nicer stuff. They did a better job on the roads too. It is a nice place for enjoying nature without anybody bothering you on your property. Gouldsboro state park is just minutes away and one can go swimming, fishing, boating or hiking at no cost. The beach there is quiet and clean and so is the lake. It is a very affordable place for a weekend/vacation home, we find it quite relaxing

If you keep to yourself on your property. No one will bother you up there. Just mind your business and take in the feel of the sticks and nature. Yes the traveling takes a while.

I have been trying to get an answer from the office. I need a new bill for fees sent to me at another address. I inherited the property from my parents and it was transferred in late 2019. My address has changed and I am not in the country now. But mail can go to a local address which I can provide. The fees were not paid by the estate as they should of been. I need to know the amt due and if it can be paid using Cash App or paid online to Pocono Ranchettes.
