Most and best classes than any other gym I know and for that matter I am going to give 3 stars but the studio is small and the air conditioner is broken. We were told it is going to be fixed soon. Lets hope for it. However, I still dnt understand why other 24 Hr fitness locations dnt offer classes like the one in Lakewood? at least a couple body combat or body pump classes a week in other locations will reduce the traffic in this small gym. I heard they expect classes to have at least 10 participants. The studio feels so congested when more than 8 exercising, I personally run out of oxygen after 20 minutes. Right now, the body combat/ pump/jam classes are in average 15 participants per session. Almost two times the crowd that the studio really suits. The instructors are great, and the front desk people are nice, but the gym really suffers lack of proper maintenance and outdated equipment. Arvada locations should chime in and take a little bit more weight than they do now in west Denver, imo.

Staff are friendly, the atmosphere can be a little intimidating at first with all of the beautiful ppl working out but surely you begin to fit in. The basketball court and the ladies and gentlemen that show up to run a few games each day are welcoming. The view from the parking lot A-1 steak sauce, I mean I could camp out in the RV from there. Public transportation makes for easy access and the surrounding business (Food) are a great addition. Especially McDonald's, King Soopers. One of the only 24 hours fitness open In all of Denver,not open 24 mind you, and yes items do go "missing".

Absolutely do not waste your time with this gym. For starters they are called 24hr fitness but are not open 24 hours, funny. Also they will lie to you about billing and then when confronted about it they will be disrespectful over the phone as well as try to argue with you based on conversations they were never present for. What a joke, they need to learn how to speak to customers with respect.

I belong to a different gym in Lakewood CO and wanted to try out 24 Hour Fitness for comparison but no such luck. At this location they don't honor their Guest passes but want you to sign a lengthy contract and then cancel it to try out the club. So they issue the pass to get you there only to decline the pass to pitch memberships, not a good tactic.. The staff also informed me that the club is experiencing a rash of thefts inside and out amongst its membership but still encouraged me to join.....my advice on what little I experienced is to pick a different gym that keeps their word and if you want to feel safe
