To Go staff and management not very polite or knowledgeable on menu items. Really unhappy with paying twice for something because they messed up putting the order in. Just another reason I haven't been there in 10 years.

This is our second time visiting this chilis and we have no complaints. The food is good and the servers are really nice.

Really hit or miss with the food and service here. Sometimes it's great, but the last time we went the food was burnt and the service was very slow. Our server was good when she was around, but for most of our visit she was MIA.

The 2 for 25 deal is great and the food is super tasty! The only down side is it took the waitress half an hour to even bring us waters. Then an hour before we had our order taken. Then the food and the starters came out at the same time! Overall I wasn’t impressed with their customer service.
