I’ve never had Square ice cream before. My husband kept telling me about it and I didn’t believe that there such thing as a square ice cream scoop, but he proved me wrong and sure enough there was. Everyone should try this place.

While on vacation we made sure to stop here after hearing all the hullabaloo about the famous square ice cream. We were sorely disappointed. The store was dirty and rundown and the employees were rude. And there is absolutely no where to sit to enjoy the ice-cream so we had to stand around the outside of the building which is disgustingly dirty. So instead of this being fun for our family, it was stressful.

The experience my family and I had here was horrible. While I didn't see any rats or roaches, the service was anything but friendly. The girl who was taking our order rushed us and acted like we were wasting her time. She also broke my waffle cone and instead of replacing it just put it in a cup. I am glad that some people have had a good experience. I used to come to this place when I was younger with my uncle and great aunt and it was excellent in the early to mid 90s. It's disappointing that the service has gone so far downhill.
