I love The Perfect Workout, they’re all so knowledgeable and encouraging. I’ve been doing it for about 2 months and see improvements in my strength, energy and muscle tone. Such a great team and love that it’s 20 min. Perfect for busy lives. Definitely recommend :)

It has been almost 3 months since I invested in my health and joined The Perfect Workout. Since then I have noticed I have more energy, my clothes are fitting better and I became stronger. With 20 minutes twice a week you will get a full body workout. All the trainers are amazing especially Gary Suka. He pushes and encourages me to my potential every session and works around my crazy work schedule. I encourage everyone to stop by the Mission Valley branch and try a free session!

I love the Perfect Workout and Pat Kelly is an incredible trainer! I’ve been active and healthy most of my life, but I started to notice that my go-to workout routines were not giving me the usual results (getting older:/) Pat encouraged me to try the Perfect Workout with her. She is really knowledgeable in the areas of athletic training and diet. I’m always asking her advice. She knows just how to push for results and celebrate my progress. I love my new muscles! Thank you, Pat!

I started doing slow motion, high intensity training at the Perfect Workout almost 7 years ago. And I never plan to stop! All of the trainers are amazing and they do become like family. They are as invested in your health and wellness as you are. My personal trainer, Gary, pushes me beyond what I'd do on my own. He, and the other trainers, make sure your form is correct so no injuries occur. They rotate exercises and equipment to keep it interesting and focus on different muscle groups as well as your basic core exercises. I'm almost 65 and I'm stronger now than I was in my teens and twenties. I not only want to live longer but have a better quality of life. And the Perfect Workout is the way to do it. Everyone should try it!

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

Try a Free Introductory Workout with no obligation. (Normally $75) Your Introductory Session is 40 minutes (1 hour for Virtual Training). You will receive 1-on-1 instruction on how to perform slow-motion strength training and will experience a real workout. Your Personal Trainer will determine how to tailor your workout based off your experience level, fitness goals and health history, including current injuries and/or limitations. Together you will establish clear goals and a plan to achieve them.

I have injuries or limitations. Will I be able to do the workout?

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

Yes. Many of our clients have limitations or prior injuries that require us to modify the workout. Our Personal Trainers are qualified to accommodate most limitations. We recommend seeking the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

What equipment do you use?

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

We primarily use Nautilus machines. They are specifically calibrated to accommodate the slow speeds we use in our workouts. A portion of the workout may require the use of free-weights or alternative equipment. No equipment is required for our Virtual Training programs.

Are your Personal Trainers certified?

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

Yes. Each trainer goes through our extensive education process. Most personal training certifications do not require any hands-on training to get certified. At The Perfect Workout, our certification goes beyond books and heavily involves hands-on training with real people. We test our trainers’ knowledge and expertise with numerous written and practical exams. All Personal Trainers are AED/CPR certified and are required to complete continuing education as part of their employment with The Perfect Workout.

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

It’s pretty common for people to think The Perfect Workout is a franchise because we have so many locations. But we're not. In fact, we are the LARGEST privately owned 1-on-1 personal training company in the world. The quality of our workout and our trainers is very important to us. We feel strongly about having the ability to ensure we can provide exceptional training and customer service in all of our studios.

Do you follow CDC guidelines?

How can you get results in 20 minutes, twice a week?

The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021
The Perfect Workout | Aug 17, 2021

You can either train at an intense rate for a short period of time, or at low-intensity for a long period of time. Our methodology is based on brief, intense workouts that exercise the entire body in an effective and time-efficient manner. The only thing that makes this workout “too good to be true,” is that very few people understand how to correctly implement this methodology the way that we do. With our coaching and your commitment to giving your best effort for 20 minutes, you’ll be able to reshape your body with a much smaller time investment than it would take using other exercise methods.
