Very disappointing experience here today. I called this morning shortly after 10a to set appts for my two sons to get haircuts. Told the hairdresser booking the appointment that I had open availability, so she put me in for 2:30p and 3p. Came to the store a few minutes before 2:30, and when trying to check in, was told it would be a few minutes. At 2:45p I stood up, trying to make eye contact with one of the two hairdressers to see if I could get an update. At 3p (now 30 minutes after my appt time) I again tried to get the attention of one of them, but seemed as though I was completely avoided. At 3:15 (now late for both the “appointments” I was scheduled for,) I called Holiday Hair down the road and they said they could take both my kids right away. When I informed the hairdressers I was leaving, all that was said was a half hearted “oh sorry” without even looking at me. No one else came or went from the salon the entire time I was there. Listen, I understand stuff happens, appts run long, or you just get overbooked. Then how about communicating that with your customers rather than avoiding them? If someone would have told me they were running an hour behind, could I come back at 3:30? Not a problem at all. But instead they wasted my time, and gave horrible service. The only reason there is two stars in this review is because Lana used to cut my hair and she was amazing, and Ashley used to cut my boys hair and she always did a great job. But I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Where did basic customer service go?

Cut was not symmetrical. Way too short. Stylist didn't listen to my request.

I went to get my hair highlighted and it didn't turn out quite the way I had hoped. I called in and they agreed to helpgive me the color I was looking for. They listened to my needs and fixed it quickly. It looks great!! I couldn't be happier with their patience and service.
