My first time at this IHOP! It’s totally different than our IHOP’s back East. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Shout out to our waiter Ian (who just happens to be from back East).

This place was one of the best ihop'S I've been to in along time the food was so fresh the server was great checking in on us and sat us down right when we walked in the place was very clean it was amazing I haven't had a better time as much as I did their today Thank you so much.

I had the spinach and mushroom omelette with the blueberry pancakes (blueberries in the batter plus a blueberry compote). I was very satisfied with both.

It was alright. The food was about average for an IHOP. The service could've been better. It was a slow morning and the waitress was handling two tables at the time. She still got a couple of orders wrong. She also managed to confuse plates between both tables.
