I don’t understand how there can be 6 employees actively working and somehow it took me half an hour to get my drink. The employees are having a chat and hanging out in the back while customers are waiting 10-15 minutes in line just to get our order taken. And no- it wasn’t busy. The Hazel Dell location is better.

Low customer service, always rude and inattentive. Never greeted or acknowledged kindly and very awkward staff when masks became optional, who very rudely asked us to leave as they whisper among them selves. It makes you feel very unwelcome. The drinks are hardly done the right way, either too sweet or bland when not sweetened, lots of ice as well.

Great service! Quick and friendly! I got the honey milk tea with pearl and my spouse got the ginger milk tea with pearl! Both were excellent! Great value for the price! I will definitely be back! Update: went again, love this place! Added more pictures
