Paid for a famous bowl, after a 10 minute wait, asked for money back. Didn’t have my receipt so they didn’t even give me my money back!! Left empty handed!!! Will NEVER be back!!

Just drove half an hour to buy a family meal. Great customers service but yall forgot the biscuits....the one thing I was craving lol. Our fault for not checking the bag before driving home

Personally I'm not a huge KFC fan but the rest of my family loves it. The chicken is tasty, I really like the biscuits. The mashed potatoe is nice too. Sometimes the staff don't have the world's most enthusiastic attitude, borderline rude at times but my last visit there, a nice young lady served me, she was friendly and polite and helpful, which was a pleasant change from the other staff I've dealt with.

Placed my order and clarified it came with biscuits, person on the speaker said yes 8 of them. When i got the order i confirmed with the person at the window that the biscuits were in the order. Again i was told yes. I should have checked but when i got home 30min drive go figure no biscuits. Tried agan and they had no regular chicken (bone in) if i wanted nuggets i would have tlwent to McDonalds
