Always a favorite spot when visiting Alex. Castle Danger Cream Ale on tap and a nice smokehouse menu. They also have a decent salad bar which makes a fine upgrade to any meal. (Salad bar isn't listed on the current menu, so be sure to ask about it.)

Great staff, bad food. The staff did a great job seating us right away and checked back frequently. The food was pretty terrible though. I had a brisket sandwich that was drowning in thousand Island dressing, probably to make up for the fact that the minimal amount of brisket had no flavor at all. The kids got a burger and mac and cheese, can't hardly screw that up. Appetizer was supposed to come out first came out at the end of the meal when we were almost done eating. It was cheese curds, and they were okay but nothing great. Might give it another try, but I'll definitely order something way different.

Had the prime rib. Didn't feel it was "all you can eat" , it was "all that they would serve". Overall, great atmosphere, good place, clean. Will try the prime rib again, it tasted great.
