Ox is a high end dining experience with rich and flavorful foods. Whether vegetables or meats it’s an elevated preparation curated to satisfy. Must haves are the cheese empanada. The fresh clam chowder with smoked bone marrow is a unique and taste bud pleasing combination. The beef skirt steak, rib eye, and out of this world grilled Alaskan halibut are sure fire hits. The maple glazed heirloom carrots with pistachios are a must side dish. The fried russet potatoes are excellent as well. Bottom line you’ll spend a fair amount but you walk away with dining memories you’ll want to come back for.

We knew that we loved the food at Ox from many wonderful dinners- but true and abiding adoration occurred when we had my daughter’s wedding at Ox. Every bite, every detail, every interaction was perfect. Chef/owners Gabi and Greg and the entire Ox team are not only highly skilled professionals but incredibly warm and attentive hosts. The entire event went off without a hitch because of their attention to detail and determination to serve up not only a delicious dinner but a memorable wedding. Many of our guests exclaimed that it was the best meal of their lives. We may never host another wedding at Ox but we will surely go back again and again and again.

The food was good, the drinks were good. Its pricey, but what isnt these days? They would get 5 stars but the drinks were so slow in coming it was on the verge of ridiculous. Give at least 20 minutes to get ur drinks! Also, we tried to get a reservation and couldn't, here is what I learned. They dont answer their phone after 3pm and I think if u are wanting to do online reservations you definitely need to do them before 6pm because we couldnt make them. They wouldnt put us in the waiting list until everyone in our party was there...so our friend showing up 10 min before we did didnt do any good. They did have friendly service both from hostess and server. They have fun food items for bizarre food foodies like myself. We had the tripe dish and the tongue carpaccio as well as the mushrooms with sweetbreads. I have to say, couldnt taste the sweetbreads in the mushroom dish, tripe really isnt that expensive so I was surprised there wasnt more of it in the bean and tripe dish we ordered, the tongue was one of the most decadent delicate delicious things I have eaten in a while! Def order it!! The chef sent out a complimentary creamy cauliflower soup app, it was also delicious, and I am a soup connoisseur, so...5 stars on that baby! Hard to go wrong with their signature cocktails either, all were delicious and we had at least 2 ea...but again...the wait on those was...too much honestly? They werent that busy on our last round, but still took at least 15 min to come, I thought maybe server had forgotten to order them or forgot in a window...

What a lovely evening to celebrate our life together! Ox was incredible! Wonderful food, amazing staff, Mia our server was excellent! We even made some friends and got invited to dinner next weekend! A night on the town with the love of my life!
