The first room everything was damp. The air conditioner did not take the humidity out of the room. Bed and floors were damp. Sink and tub did not drain. Bugs crawling on the walls. Second room was 100 percent acceptable. Everything in working condition and smelled fresh. Need to upgrade ALL rooms on lower level.

No amenities at all. Old, very basic sleep cheap. However, my understanding is that it was just moved to new management and renovation is planned. it's designed for fisherman to stay at, not a "resort" type place. Staff is friendly.

Spent three days in July. Very comfortable, very clean, very well run. Very friendly staff. Awesome view of one of the many lakes in the area (advantage to being on second floor). Place always seems empty during the day but when every one is done fishing, or ATV'ing, or whatever else they do the place fills up fast. No complaints from us at all. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the area

We had stayed at the hotel a few times in the past and the experience wasn't the worst. but this last time we stayed the first thing as we were checking in we wanted a ground floor room and when we asked she told us they were all booked but there were only three vehicles in the parking lot so instead of giving us the room we wanted she said she gave us a discount, which we really didn't care about. Then the next day we found out from the manager that they had rooms available on the ground floor. From staying there in the past I know there are blow dryers in other rooms and I had to ask for one in our room. Next time I will bring one along if we plan on staying there again, which we probably won't. also, the shampoo they supply doss not lather up and even clean the hair. Maybe you should check out products first before putting them in the rooms. OK last but not least, the bedspread smelled soo bad and believe me it wasn't from us. Just wondering how often things get washed around there. ok, I'm done.
