AppleRiver Hideaway is a prestine spot to have fun and enjoy despite the events that took place. The staff did an excellent job and handled everything with military precision. I give kudos to Mike, Joe,Tim, Travis, and The woman who works the rest band station I and my wife plan to go back

Spent a few days at Apple River Hideaway. It was amazing, even without tube rental. Site had electric and water for a great price! My ladies and I just plopped our chairs into the river the first day. The second day had a blast floating down. The staff was awesome with firewood and ice delivery. Totally recommend for all who want to have fun at the Apple River!

We had a great time; not only did they have a DJ on the river, but they also had a beer pong tournament one night and bags tournament the next night. The music was great staff was fantastic.

We come every year, always have a good time but it is getting harder and harder to use our own tubes. The tubes they provide are extremely uncomfortable. We understand they don't personal tubes on the buses so we drove to the drop off our self (It's a hassle) but we did it. and then they made us pay $10 a person with their own tube since we were parking. (We already paid a parking fee but they said it was because we were camping at hideaway and not rivers edge. So we paid camping, parking, parking AGAIN and we were told they would give us a ride back at the end if we deflated our tubes, so we did and then they wouldn't give us a ride. It was a very unpleasant experience. They need to make it a little easier for people to use their own tubes. It hurts absolutely nothing for someone to use a personal tube. We are unsure that we will be back next year which is upsetting because it really is a fun float.

Yes
They don't allow outside tubes unfortunately but they're not super expensive. When we went it was only $10 per tube.
I believe it's $15 a night per person. It varies based on campsite as well. A few additional dollars if you need electricity hook ups.
9am, and if your scheduled site is occupied, the latest you can check in is at 11am, but 99% of the time you’re good to go at 9am.
We send out tubes until 5:30, the tubes just need to be turned in by 8pm each night.
Be careful they might not allow you to use it that weekend you should call them they also are going to charge you for campsite, parking, and per person.
