Where do I begin: Avoid this place like the plague! Pinnacle has taken this place downhill fast! The other reviews of Pinnacle property are extremely accurate. They come in, they start removing services and perks, remodel the office and then start pissing tenants off. I LOVED Steven Scott Mgmt and they manage the Axis and other places that are phenomenal. In the one year I lived here, they had 5 count them 5 different people manage this place. Not a one of these people stayed longer than a few months. They promised me over and over that a 3 bedroom was becoming available and to wait because it needed repairs, and this and that. While waiting for them to notify me of it since my lease was up, they fixed it up and re-rented it and never told me a thing. Then after waiting for 3 months, and I had to ask them, they then tell me they rented it!!!! But then they bring in this new manager Cindy Cook and she starts demanding a re-signed lease off the bat! Forget trying to build rapport! No! I’ve had it! I’ve been lied to, they allowed neighbors to harass us and I had to threaten legal action but after giving them the keys, we realized my husband’s medicine was left and they were like no we’re not letting you back in!!!! WE JUST GAVE YOU THE KEY A SECOND AGO!!!! They wouldn’t even go and get the medicine but turned into complete jerks! I was so surprised that they started acting like butt holes as soon as they found out we were moving! How do you have an attitude with is WHEN YOU’RE THE CAUSE WE DIDNT STAY! YOU NEVER GAVE IS A LEASE YO SIGN ORRRRRR THE APARTMENT YOU PROMISED! Stay away from Pinnacle, they are the worst in the business and of the owners at 5 Central had any sense, they’d mix them too and get Steven Scott back!

I would like to give a high rating for 5 Central, as it has been such a good living experience for my family and I! I also want to say thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who work on staff, as they are always friendly, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I have contacted them. This apartment is in the perfect location, close to my work and my child's school, and it is safe and well maintained. The building is kept in great shape, has a nice exercise room, and a coffee/latte machine for all residents to use! The rent cost is a little higher than what I would prefer to pay, but I have found it is really worth it. An added bonus--we residents are offered a nice breakfast of bagels and cream cheese about 3 times a year down in the lobby--something that I never had at my previous apartment. Another plus--having indoor/underground parking--such a blessing when it is raining or snowing! So a definite five star rating. : )

If you want a perfect apartment in a perfect location, come to 5 Central. I honestly can't say one negative remark about this place. The apartments are beautiful and staff is very helpful and friendly. We LOVE the underground heated garage and pet-friendliness. Everything is sound proofed very well, so we hardly ever hear dogs barking or our neighbors. The town is charming and very walkable.....and very safe with a police station next door. Nearly everything you would want or need is on this street: a park, grocery store, restaurants, bars, gas station, vet clinics, dental clinics, and more. It will be a sad day if we ever need to relocate.
