When we arrived the only rable available was in the back corner in the dark, I had to use my phone to see the menu. We were quickly greeted and order was taken in a timely manner. So speaking of timely, while we waited for 50 minutes for our food, I watched as the waitress gave utensils to 5 different tables, I watched as several members of the staff there went and chated with the people at those tables. I watched them get served alcohol and apetizers while we waited and waited.When we got our food I asked for eating utensils which never came.I asked for a refill and that never came. The fries were soggy with oil and under cooked. My son could not finish his chicken cheese steak because the chicken did not smell right and my other son's order was wrong. We were unable to eat our slaw and apple sauce...NO UTENSILS!!!
