This is a wonderful cat rescue offering the opportunity for kitties awaiting adoption to live cage free in their location in the valley. I got my girl Minnie from them via PetSmart over 10 years ago. She has been a wonderful addition to my family.

Went looking to adopt a new kitten into our household. We were told that because we have a senior cat, we would not be eligible to adopt a kitten due to the "psychological stress" it would cause to the senior. We have had many feline family members in our home of all ages and have never heard of such complete nonsense. Apparently, these people would rather hold their cats in refinement longer instead of allowing them into a loving and caring family like ours. There were insinuations made against us that were based on ignorance and lack of compassion towards the animal we were there to take home and love completely. Unprofessional "adoption agency" at best. Go elsewhere. These people defeat their own purpose.

Here at Partners for pets they put the cats first. They tell their volunteers that they are allowed to ask a person to leave the store if they're irritating the cats and kittens, and there's a policy where if a cat is under 4 months of age, you must get a second kitten. Once they hit 4 months, which isn't that old, you can adopt a single cat. Just a couple weeks ago, I adopted from petsmart through the partners for pets and got two kittens, brother and sister. I loved them both but grew extremely attached to the boy, which I named Diamond. Unfortunately, the sister, Piper we called her, was not very clean with her litterbox and cats don't grow out of litterbox habits. We had to return them and found out that we had to go to the actual partners for pets facility so I had a chance to scope out a possible future adoption of a 4 month old. I fell in love with the place, it was such a healthy environment, the people seemed understanding about the challenges with our kittens and I immediately volunteered to help out. My kitten Diamond is still there and he'll turn 4 months in about 22 days, so I'm also hoping to adopt him again, but only him.

Partners doesn't take cats from the public unless they came from our adoption center. If you adopted them from Partners for Pets, then you are welcome to return them and we'll make sure they get a good home!

There are some semi-feral kittens, but they're not up for adoption yet. Plenty of other young female cats there that are wonderful though!
