The attendant started the conveyor while I was too far forward into the wash, triggering a sensor (I later found out) which caused my car to get stuck in the wash (with the attendant running in yelling at me like it was my fault). In reality he had triggered a safety mechanism that made the machine think I was about to hit another car and it kept trying to hold my car back. All I asked for was a refund because my car was left with soap all over it and was told “no, absolutely no refunds”. Talked to the manager on the phone the next day, who basically said the same thing and to bring it back to get rewashed. Bad service from attendant, and like others have said, they won’t stand behind their product when something goes wrong. Even when their fault.

Car wash is affordable and quick but employees are rude, particularly older gentleman in red hoodie, unappreciative of business and disrespectful of clients. I suppose when business is good you don’t have to worry about public relations

Not worth $17 I spent. Did a poor job getting the dirt/salt off. Chipped the paint on my car and bent my front license plate. The chips were not there prior to the car wash and neither was the bend in the plate. Not at all thrilled with this experience.

Come here if you only want a partially clean car. Even the highest tier wash doesn't get the back of my car clean at all, just the sides and front. You can see the dirt on my rockers and trunk panel. Seems to run you through about twice as fast as a normal wash. The only redeeming quality here is the vacuums, they're great and included with a wash.
