I called this morning to see if I could get in the have a nail and screw taken out of my tire. Trent answered the phone and said "sure bring it in" I asked if I needed an appt and he said no. I drove to the North Sullivan store and was in and out in 45 mn. Very pleasant customer service, and a very quick turn around. Thank you Tire Rama for your great service!

I can't recommend this business enough. Near the end of a cross-country road trip, we suffered a flat tire on our U-haul trailer. Unable to finish the last leg of our journey, we called U-Haul roadside assistance. They took our ticket and didn't do much, 30 minutes after submitting we hadn't heard anything, so we called Tire-Rama. "Bring it in and we'll fix it," they said. So we did. 15 minus later we were on the road. They were super quick, super professional, and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US FOR THE FIX! Super duper recommend, these folks are amazing.
