You can try calling Special Mobility at 232-6303 or 534-9760. You can also try calling Spokane Ride to Health at 456-7627 or Catholic Charities at 358-4250.
You can actually take those to the Food Bank, two doors down from Cheney Outreach. Food Bank is at 624 Third Street.
