The last time I was suppose to have mixed chicken they gave me but they have me mostly thighs..this time I asked for fresh chicken and they gave me old chicken. They don't answer their phone and gas is too expensive for people to have to drive back especially when you live in Farmington..I'm disputing the charge with my bank. This is ridiculous.

I got 3 piece meal today and the chicken was cold and wood dry!. I was grossed out and I ended up just eating the biscuit. I tried calling twice the manager to make them aware no one answered and no one ever called me back. I will never return.

Today via drive through I ordered my normal Family meal 8pcs which I know come mixed with different part of chicken, I paid at the window okay as I was waiting for my order a different guy come to the window and hurried asked if I wanted breast I couldn’t understand him clearly only to say yes since I knew it’s part of package only to go home and find they substituted my 2leg & 2thigh for wings & breast only! ! Seriously, which shenanigans is this ? Customers knows what they are ordering and they expect exact order! Cashier never said they were out of anything, So, this manipulation at window! I mean, if the store is trying to get rid of extra/ market a different product don’t try with customer order. The store can do better cz it’s like manipulative tactic the staff did today!

When I got home to eat my food, my chicken sandwich had a bite out of it. The rest of the food was ok. I tried to call about six times and the phone rang till it hung up. Disappointing the only close popeyes isn't worth going to.
