Stopped by before closing, we didn't realize what time it was, but the gentlemen that helped us were extremely kind and courteous. They went through their products even though they had begun locking up and were kind enough to even get products back out that had been put up. 10/10 would recommend and will probably be stopping back by before we leave town.

So I’ve been to Platte Valley (Medical) before and after the recent management change. Before, I might’ve given three or four stars, the product was as good as you’re gonna find anywhere, but the customer service was wonderful enough to redeem it. Now, I’m giving 5 stars and I absolutely wish I could give more. You receive the same top tier customer service with a much larger assortment of product, incredibly quality product, and very reasonable prices. Many of the dispensaries here in CO are a bit sterile and boring, like shopping in a Walgreens or something. Here, it’s situated in an old house above a kayak store, you go inside and it feels like more of an authentic, unique, dispensary experience. You’re greeted with smiles and excitement, like they are truly and genuinely happy you’re there. They do everything they can to make it the most enjoyable experience possible, never being judgmental if you have questions about specific products. The location is perfect, too! Right off the highway, next to the Aquarium, Mile High Stadium, and Elitches—which are all places where you’re not gonna regret stopping here first! If you’re visiting CO and looking to experience what we’re known for, this is the best dispensary to go to. If you’ve lived here a long time, make a point to stop here, it might be your new go-to. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
