If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. No communication at all!!! I scheduled my COVID test online and got a confirmation number. I didn’t think much of it because I’ve done these scheduled appointments in the past. I drove 30 minutes to this particular Walgreens, because all the ones close to me where all booked up and I needed this test to be able to return to work. Anyways, I sat in the longest wait of my life to even get to the window. Lady at the window was so dang slow. I could see people pulling off of the waiting line and leaving. I got the the window and it said they were not doing the COVID tests due to being short staffed. Well okay understandable but they shouldn’t be accepting online scheduled tests. Lady at the window acted like I was an inconvenience for even asking about it. I was rude back, of course. Will never return to the Walgreens. Staff is short okay well so is everywhere else, I was most irritated having drove 30 minutes out of my way to wait in a line for over half hour then be told at the dang window they didn’t have staff to do the test. Maybe don’t show to be available to do these tests just a suggestion… having seen these other reviews at this Walgreens sounds like they need to do better training for employees.

I'm posting 5 stars because this store is in a high demand area and they are always busy and between the 3to4 ladies and 1 dude working there walgreens should be grateful they have such a small crew filling thousands of scripts and testing for covid. Walgreens needs to raise their pay to compensate for the amount of volume and attitudes they see. Its hard to be noticed as a 5 star employee when your company is rated at 2 stars you know.

They’re pretty much incapable of actually filling any of my prescriptions. Every time they send a text verifying the prescription was filled it never actually is. If you call Walgreens you don’t actually get their store to answer, but some centralized call center that doesn’t actually have any correct information. I once scheduled a flu shot and only when I got there the pharmacist said they had cancelled it for some reason. I ordered pictures for printing there once and when I went to pick them up they said they couldn’t print them because the machine was broken and no one knew how to fix it. This Walgreens is basically only good for selling gum.

This is the WORST pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. Their drive through lines are ridiculous, the pharmacy staff are incompetent, and you’ll always wait at least an hour to pick up one simple prescription. If you love having your time wasted exponentially, shop here!
