Unfortunately this review comes after many stops here at this store. If you plan on consistently eating at subway or Taco Bell do not! They are always closed Beciade no employees show up, or tonight for example the store itself has no water. So you would think they would make sure extra grill items are out for us hungry truckers, hotdogs, ect. Nope not one thing available. Had to bring all this to the managers attention. Not only that no drinks ever stocked in coolers, no condiments available. Seems you must ask for anything you need like this, here at this pilot, maybe a budget issue?? Only person who deserve their paycheck is the gentleman that cleans and maintains the pump area, always full water buckets and clean pumps. Other then that, they need to restaff this entire store. I hate leaving a bad review for a place that is suppose to be there for us truckers. But don’t waste your time stopping here and spending your 1000 bucks for fuel. Go 10 miles down the road.

Always clean and friendly! Just waiting for Freightliner to open in the morning.

Clean and friendly. Truckers: getting in and out can be a little difficult. Pretty typical if you're used to the PNW

Convenient location off the 5. Parking lot is a decent size but it gets crowded. The store is a bit disorganized but the staff seem decent. Tonight I had an issue while taking a shower. I noticed the vent in the ceiling had the air duct pushed aside so that I could clearly see beyond the vent into the attic above. There were also several missing switches that left questionable holes in their absence. I'm not accusing anyone of any misconduct but I did bring it to a female and male employees attention. Hopefully they will remedy the situation so that future guests feel more at ease while using their facilities.

Yes
It's a major truck stop along I 5. I honestly don't know about phone charging but I can't imagine there ISN'T somewhere to plug in your phone. I pass right in front of there @ least twice a week and I've seen campers parked there many times in a little lot between the store on one side and Carl's Jr and Chalet restaurant. The store isn't just a convenience store. It's very well stocked for truckers and travelers. Inside is a Subway and a Taco Bell as well as showers. Safe travels.

That Pilot is self serve. Unless you need help.

Don't appear to have a preference. There is no shower if you don't have your card .. Too bad
It's a truck stop, not an RV park. Plenty of RV parks in the area, leave the truck parking for those who are regulated by the federal hours of service rules.
Must be a power transformer problem
Yes you can. It's well lit and they even have showers!
14 bucks
They should
Just ask
Probably but just North of there on I-5 is a nice rest area near wilsonville.
I've been here several times but still wouldn't know the exact number of parking spots. I Can tell you this place is big and always hopping with energy and people. It's great for the traveller, having showers available, a restaurant and Subway on site,; plus there are wonderful warm Cinnabons and various coffees for the sweet tooth.
You're going to have to call them.
Relatively safe yes, Is Afghanistan safe? In armored vehicles, So its all really just relative
