Purchased a slim fit, linen suit, for our son’s graduation! EXPRESS in Aurora Co., had everything we needed. Sarah, supported us through the entire process, she even steamed the suit and tee. Now, how’s that for customer service! We’ll be back.

They have the most rude, unfriendly and unhelpful employees I gave ever seen in a store in a mall. It's no wonder their mission isn't busy; with an attitude like theirs, it's a winner they are still open. The store was empty and I wanted to make a return. Not only were they rude but they acted like I stole something when I went directly to the counter with the products in my hands already. I felt discriminated against, for being black and a male, by two Caucasian women. I was flabbergasted and upset as I left the store. I will never return to this location because they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. Treatment like this should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I haven't been in an Express in quite a long time but they were boasting a sale, so I thought, why not! I was quickly greeted by Bryan, he was uber friendly and asked if I needed any help... and I think to his surprise, I told him it was date night and I wanted something sexy and classy, so I needed all the help I could get. Bryan admitted that he usually works in men's wear but he was more than willing to jump in and help me find the perfect outfit. Not only did Bryan help me find a FEW outfits, ,boots, and a gorgeous coat; We also found a great sports coat and 3 shirts for my Boyfriend... It was an unexpectedly awesome shopping experience. Bryan, Thanks for helping make date night even more fun!!

What an amazing staff ! LOVED the customer service as soon as I walked in there ! Cindy was VERY helpful; From helping me pick outfits, to looking in the back for stuff I needed. 100% satisfied with everything she chose for me. She gave me her full attention and helped me with everything I asked her for. She is an essential part of this store and I will forsure come back to this place 😄!
