Wait time was 50 minutes!!!! 😳 before I ordered there was a random guy telling us to leave and I couldn't hear the reason because I did not wanted to roll my window down! So I had to call the establishment and ask if something was going on and if that was the reason it was taking so long. 😬 they finally started taking orders and when it was my turn to order the guy taking my order was just trying to be funny and it was just cringe, unpleasant and unprofessional. After waiting for another 20 mins for the food and it was time to pay, the same guy who took my order handed me my order and made me very uncomfortable with the unprofessionalism and on top of that he told me they didn't have coke which was what I ordered and I had to pick a powerade and he forgot my straw. The only reason I'm giving it two star it's because the food was decent.

Too long of a wait in drive through and they always have a turn over with different people working new ones all the time. But I can say they are finally getting my order right I would of giving them a 5 if the wait wasn't so long it's drive though never should be a long wait.

Everyone was very nice and cheerful. It's nice when the staff know you by name and will help you to get your soda and such if you need help. I don't even live close to this Whataburger location. We just stopped since we were in the neighborhood. Great staff!!

Usually get good food here, but this time, pretty much everything was barely warm. We live 1/2 mile from store, and food had to be microwaved to eat. What was worse was we waited, as if they were making fresh, as there were no other customers in line. 😞😞
