Clean spacious room that actually looked and smelled as if housekeeping cleaned it. I know this is the expectation, but isn’t always the case when traveling for business on a per diem budget. Breakfast was okay.. the hot breakfast was awful, but they had enough options to make up for it. I really liked the art work in our room, and that the air freshening scents in the elevator/hall/room were all different but not overpowering. Good job, comfort inn!

Apparently, honest employees isn't a strong suit of this hotel. Our first night was pretty restless since the noise got some much better after complaining about very loud neighbors who spent all of our first night screaming, running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and banging into the walls. Then I forgot an item in our room and the hotel staff that cleaned the room and found it decided to NOT turn it in. Supposedly. NEVER AGAIN. Worst hotel experience in a very long time. And then management didn't come at all, simply stated "you have no proof, file a police report." What despicable customer service.

So I was a bit skeptical on staying here due to previous reviews and I should have used that caution and went somewhere else but the location was what I needed and price was right. Here were the issues. Front desk clerk at check in definitely doesn't like her job. Not one smile from her. Room itself was ok. Definitely could have been vacuumed better as there were some crumbs on floor near edges of bed and bud light bottle cap as well. Air in room was very slow to cool off and air conditioner vents were extremely dirty. The should head my husband did say was amazing so that was a huge plus. Lastly the pool was ice cold. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel was we have a 10 year old boy whom loves to swim and he couldn't last in the water for 10 minutes. It was absolutely terribly. Spend the extra $20-$30 and stay somewhere with good reviews. You will be glad you did.

This place is definitely not up to its standards that it states on booking.com. 1) We checked in after a late night softball tournament and front desk didn't understand any English. ) Went to get some coffee, it was ice cold. We informed the front desk and she said, "Oh, well. Go to your room and use the microwave. " 3) My daughter went swimming in the pool. She had accidentally left her shoes behind. The front desk refused to let us know if anyone turned them I! 4) Breakfast was ice cold and burnt! It was absolutely nasty. I do not recommend this hotel.
