Pizza is never on time when I have it delivered from this location and then they always mess up my pizza and normally the customer service is good but tonight the man on the phone was rude and had terrible customer service. When I told him about the mistake he tried telling me I was wrong but then when I said I'm looking at the receipt for the pizza and that I was correct. He said he could remake it but it would take 35 minutes with complete attitude, so i said that's fine thank you he immediately hung up the phone I found this very rude because even though they messed up pizza I was being polite he could've at least done the same

Estimated time was 30 min. Order was not ready. The tracker counted down the 2 minutes. Got a free pizza, but still waited almost an hour for my order. This place used to have great service and its apparently gone down hill. Probably won’t come here again unless I absolutely have to.

Every time I’ve ever ordered, my order has always been correct, food always fresh and hot.. ordering online ain’t too bad either🍝They be doing they thing…..🍕

Online ordering is super easy. The down town store is super fast and accurate with preparation and delivery is usually pretty good. I seldom wait more than 45 minutes from order to delivery and empty boxes!
