Decent store though not well maintained. Great selection of fabrics. Great selection of craft necessities overall.

I always get my material at joanns if possible both in store and online. This was the first visit after moving back to maine and tho i am used to a much bigger store, they had a good selection ,very friendly and very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely Recommend!! Absolutely love the retro fabric !!

Fave craft store, not too big, not too small. Cashiers often ask "What are you making?" Today they asked if I wanted to be in the rewards program. Typically, there is a line for fabric cutting. Unless you are buying a pre-priced remnant, need to go through the fabric line to get your cut & have it priced, before heading to cashier. Still my fave craft store!!
A Small
If you are looking for fabric this is the place to go! The selection is remarkable as there is a vast amount of patterns and styles to choose from. From velvet to flannel to 100 percent cotton, they have all types. They almost always have awesome sales going on which makes shopping here truly worth it and you can save a lot of money! I bought some Halloween fabric here recently and with the sale and coupon only paid 7 dollars- you cannot beat that!

Yes. But they require you to wear a mask and only allow a certain amount of people in at a time. Hope this helps!
I don't believe so...
I know however they do have folks that they do recommend or refer you to for machine repairs
Take the material with you to match color. Pull a piece of the thread out and lay it on your fabric. The right color should blend in well with the fabric to be barely noticeable. I always use the Coats & Clark brand with good luck.
Yes they do electronic checks
I went to their website and didn't find anything but I would call them to make sure.
Try Mardins in Brewer.
Yes. You buy it by the spool. There are a variety of colors from which to choose! :)
You can get the big ones on sale usually for about $10.00. They are unfinished. ACMoore also carries them, comparably
No. Unfortunately, the Bangor store doesn't offer classes at this time.
