Took my taxes ,real easy just needed stimulus, when dropping it off the woman Roberta came out told me it was easy and she'll get it done quickly. Well quickly Never came. Another call. Oh I'm so sorry we had to file an extension, !!!???weeks go by more calls , again She said she'd get it done 2 Mondays ago. Nothing. Called yesterday woman said they'd have ROBERTA call me. guess what.? No ROBERTA AGAIN. I'll never go here again .and I hope you don't either. Thanks for nothing.

Honestly, not sure it's worth it. Can probably get it done cheaper elsewhere. "Tax Pro" didn't ask the right questions. Didn't seem interested in explaining or investigating. Had to file amended return. Partly my fault since I'm new to annuity payouts and such. Phone call to my FA could have saved much trouble. Disappointed after 5 years.

It just made it simple and easy on my end as I have no knowledge of the process so having someone do it all for me and take the stress and worry out of it gives me peace of mind.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: FIND ANY OTHER TAX PREPARER!! I just went into the Main Street h&r block, and in a lobby full of people, the person at the desk asked me my first and last name, which I thought was weird, but I reluctantly gave. But then they asked for the last four of my social security number, in front of everybody! I told him that's kind of an odd VERBAL request, considering it's very public, and he didn't say anything. One of the other patrons agreed with me, that it's enough private info to do damage, but the clerk didn't care, so I said "Nevermind, I'm leaving." And I will never ever go back.
