It’s amazing how my one star review keeps vanishing from view . Was extremely condescending and rude to my wife when she brought our computer in to be looked at. She called me in tears, we’ve used him numerous times and was always satisfied, apparently customer service died with the pandemic 🤨. I asked At least 3 times in the past couple of times I was in if he had any used computers for sale told him what I was looking for and what I was planning on doing with it and all three times he had nothing. Unfortunately I guess I’ll go to a big box from now on like Best Buy.we’re really going to do this through google reviews 🤦‍♂️ you complained that we didn’t buy it from you and you were doing her a favor 🤨 that’s why I put in the edit. It’s your attitude for the review dunno maybe you had a bad day I get it but own it. If I come in again and you’re nice I’ll change my review. I’ve done it before but not until then.

After backing over my phone with my car , I was facing a 2 week wait to either get my phone back with a new screen or get a completely refurbished one of equal value through the phones insurance company. J & M got me my new screen and had my phone fixed and ready for me to use in 4 business days for just $40 more then the insurance company was gonna cost me. The saved time & garrented return of my phone, along with the awesome work and professionalism of the owner was worth the little bit of an extra cost. My quoted price was never changed and my questions answered immediately. Call him up and see if he can help you to!!!

I used M&J for two things. One was my iPhone. The battery life of my phone was failing quickly and I found myself having to charge my phone by mid day. I called Matt and he had the battery in stock. I dropped it off at 9am and I had it back by 10. The battery life is as good as new. He also changed my cracked screen protector as an added bonus. Secondly, my personal lap top was extremely slow. They updated my system, removed viruses and educated me on my computer. All for a very modest fee! Certainly cheaper than going to Verizon or Best Buy for the repairs. I will use them for all my tech services. Thank you M&J!

Very good customer service. Tested my psu and sold me a used one. Did not make me feel like a moron... actually I take that back; he was clearly more knowledgeable than me but did not go out of his way to illustrate this fact (beyond attempting to protect me from myself re: overclocking.)
