The staff there is completely amazing especially the manager by the name of Grant very professional, friendly, and very kind hearted person. If possible he should be general manager because he’s amazing and out of all other branches I have been to this I’ve been the best Krispy Kreme location with Grant. All the staff is amazing!

This 72nd location is awesome. I went for the Wednesday promotion and they were sold out of glaze donuts. Instead of them being rude & turning me away, the worker offered me a voucher for the same promoted price. How cool is that?! I plan to go back & get my donuts soon.

I have visited this Krispy Kreme (off of 72nd and Dodge) twice. The customer service is Poor. Orders are wrong x2. Honestly they need a professional manager on duty at all times with exceptional customer service skills who is able to teach and train. The young girl today asked me what my order was after it was repeated several times, then began to chat with her coworkers while I was waiting at the drive thru window. Her chatter was not work related, but very rude. The Krispy Kreme on 120th and Center rd. is worth the drive with the exceptional customer service experience that is offered every time.

Closed/locked the door on us minutes before closing as we were walking towards it to pick up an online order. Would have been simple to let us grab it and go, considering buisness wasn't even closed. Have 3 stars because we were then "allowed" to get back in car to go through drive through and wait in line for a quick grab and go and at least the donuts were good and they had most of what we ordered even though it was end of day.
