Looked a part up, insisted it was the right one, said I could return it if needed. It was indeed the wrong part, and when returned would not accept it.

The managers attitude is pretty bad. He's rude, condescending, and acts as if I don't know anything and that the lady that works there didn't sell me the wrong size belt. No apologies, no anything besides rude! I don't know how people are still working under him. He is even rude the employees! The only thing they had going for them is that they had what I needed in stock.

Went here in search of a wheel key since I lost mine. I found something close but was told if I actually tried to use it, I could not return it. Thankfully I could just eyeball it from the package to determine it would not fit. I bought one from oreilly as well. It was very close to correct, but I had to take theirs out of the package to determine that it wouldn't fit. OReilly took it back afterwards, no problem. Main reason I go to these places is because I can return stuff if it doesn't work/fit. If they do away with this aspect of their business model, there's no incentive for me to continue shopping here instead of rockauto/amazon. UPDATE: As you can see they replied to me asking me to contact them at customer service. "We cannot accept open merchandise. It is company policy." I have an issue with company policy, was told to contact the company to resolve my issue... at which point I was told "It's company policy." Uh huh.... Great, thanks for the help. I think I'll just go to OReillys instead.

I called to have a part put on hold and was told it would be. I arrived and the manager said he had nothing on hold. Scott (the manager) continued to help me and was rude and condescending. His customer service skills need some serious work. I already hate coming to these places as a woman and yes I lack knowledge of car parts but I needed help and was spoken to rudely.
