Sitting in the drive-thru, only car, told to hold on, another car goes through the other lane makes order pulls ahead, then another one… I say, “hey, I’m getting skipped” and some mcbiscuit snaps back “your not getting skipped I’m helping other customers”, I reply, “exactly, skipping me”. At first, it was letting her know then it was letting her know it wasn’t right. I get it that your scraping the bottom of the barrel for help, but good grief. So, I moved on to Burger King who had a nice pleasant gal take out order. #baconking

This place is a joke. Sat in the drive-thru at the order screen/speaker and three other vehicles in the other lane (that we were in line before) they took their orders first. I understand they are busy and probably short staffed. But the point of two lines is to alternate order stations, keeping each line moving. We didnt move a car length in 15 minutes after we ordered.

First time in long time got hot fresh fries, but when I bit into cheeseburger the was barely Luke warm and chicken nuggest were reheated and not fresh. Just gets old knowing they precooked food and just think warming it up is ok for the amount of money u pay for fresh cooked food.

Got the orders for 4 people right and it was super quick. Strawberry shake wasn't available but they let us know right away and gave us replacement options. Burgers were warm and the fries were crispy.
