The burger boxes open way too easily spilled my burger on the floor of the car.. the wrappers were much better.. i was told id get ketchup in the bag n got none.. food was good tho

Tonight we had the best experience… The young lady that took our order seemed fairly new, but she was very thorough with our order. As we pulled up to the window, a different lady told me that they made our order incorrectly. I asked my husband if the way they made it would work for him and she said “No, we want you to get what you came here for if you would allow us a few extra minutes”. The way she approached their mistake made it to where I would have gladly waited a half an hour! That is GREAT customer service. I love to see a crew that truly cares about their job, and tonight, that crew was Belleville’s DQ!
