The Bates Motel RV

We stayed here a week. Small campground with alot of seasonal sites. Pool is nice, very clean. Our site was a back in but had to drive through someone's sites to actually get into it like a pill thru. Definately not a good site for a 34 ft. camper. Definitely could use some updates, cable wire hanging out of the tree in middle of site, water hookup attached to a piece of wood on the tree, fire pit moved and we had piles of ash on site, and there was a lot of trash all over the campground. It was extremely quiet here at night, everyone was friendly too. But, it definitely needs to have updates. Photo shows where we had to drive through to get to our site, this was actually someones site and then the cable wire from tree.

Started camping here weekends last year and loved it so much we became seasonal living at the campground. The owners are friendly and make you feel at home and everyone here is very friendly

Just spent a weekend here. We were really happy with the entire experience. The sites were in good shape and a good size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a bunch of activities centered around an early Halloween including trick-or-treating, a hay ride (no hay, probably good for allergies), pumpkin painting, and a band. Really well done. Seems like a lot of seasonal campers, but it certainly wasn't cliquey and everyone was friendly. We have stayed in a few other campgrounds pretty close by and had good experiences but this became our favorite.
