Dave, Micah and Greg are fantastic! They never stop supporting the product(s) they sell. I was so fortunate to find them before I purchased another label printer. The one I was going to buy would have limited me to buying the expensive "brand name" labels and consumables at a much higher price. Precision's equipment is striped of any mechanisms locking you into anything, but beyond that you'll want to purchase from them because they truly care about their reputation and customers. Look no further for your direct thermal printing and thermal transfer printing equipment and supplies. I update this years after I wrote the above. The whole team is still there going out of there way to keep me printing labels DAILY. Service and support (only needed to called with questions once or twice a year) is top notch. FIVE STARS! STILL!

We offer lifetime tech support for all printers we sell.
Our high quality tape and ribbon will work out-of-the-box with most of the printers on the market. Some printers though put a lock on their printer to lock-in the use of their own tape supplies with steep cost markups. The good news is we can in effect unlock those printers and we have other easy options to purchase or trade-in printers that offer the same quality using much more cost effective tape and ribbon supplies.
