I am older and often find I need instructions to be carefully explained-and my list of questions thoughtfully answered. Gary is patient and listens to the what works best for me.

I dropped off a five-year-old Dell desktop with a SSD C drive and a standard D drive to have the operating system reloaded onto the SSD. The old one had a boot sector problem that I couldn't figure out and I had been booting the computer from the D drive for a long time but that wasn't working with some programs including MS Office. Kyle understood the problem right away, figured out how to fix the system reload problem with the SSD, tested it to make sure it was still in good shape, reloaded the system files and many others that made the combo run perfectly. It's like having a new computer. A tough job well done. Very impressive. My only real alternative was buying a newer computer.

Matthew Rader did a great job installing a new computer and printer, connecting everything, and making sure it all worked properly before he left. Easy, painless, and economical prices. It took no time at all, and he even hauled away all the packaging and old equipment for us.
