The Personal banker was handling various tasks professionally multitasking add an incredible level I have never seen or witnessed before I earn a Chase Bank branch, because of his efficiency and professionalism I have decided to go to this division branch more frequently and have made it my primary bank branch specifically because he assists in all the tasks speedily.

The branch Manager (Amy) is awesome. She's very helpful. She helped me to get what I needed quickly over the phone, and I came in to pick up my documents. I called other branch before and they wanted me to make an appointment for the next day. Good work Amy.

Slow. They several times come out from their desks and escort me to their ATM to do business. I'm not cattle... I don't want to to use your ATM. I want to talk to a person. Get out from your desks and help the poor understaffed teller line.
