Megan is an amazing employee! I was crying on the toilet without any toilet paper for an hour. She heard my sorrow in the stall as she was cleaning the bathroom. She continued to give me a life supply of toilet paper. I will never have to experience that trauma again. Thank you Megan, you deserve a raise.

Friendly staff, store is very clean, the Coffee, the few dozen times I’ve been there, has been made to my taste. Highly recommend this establishment.

Enjoy Dunkin generally but this location was quite bad * No soap in the restroom * Half of the tomatoes on a sandwich fell out after coming out of the toaster. The person just spread out the remaining ones * Ordered two things and they forgot one

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately the store is under new management and it’s a nightmare. Very unorganized and unfriendly. It’s sad. Today I received a freezing cold “hot” latte and was given a eye roll and attitude when making the new manager aware. I understand things happen and machines don’t work all the time. But, just be nice!! I’m hoping things get better and the store gets back to normal.
