Dunkin'

The Cortland Dunkin is, without a doubt, my favorite in the area (definitely in Trumbull County)! Other than if I'm lazy and go through the drive thru, extremely rare I have to wait. Only experienced one wrong order out of HUNDREDS. Seems like best mixes too as when I get "my coffee" at other locations, it's not as up to par as I'd hope.

Got 3 coffees, Gave us one completely wrong coffee and made one wrong. We got the one coffee that was completely wrong (it was literally right next to her already made the right) and then the other that was supposed to have cream and sugar had 0, and they just said goodbye and closed the window. I get it if y'all like drinking just coffee ground water but respect that others don't.

You have a sign in restroom that sais no paper towels because its better for the environment. Really

I thought my drink felt a little light for a large when I picked it up off the counter but it was a new drink and size smaller than I usually order. Once at work I take a look, the whipped cream has now melted into the drink and this is all that is in a large... I dont mind paying the prices on drinks when I actually get the size I order but this is disappointing!
