We had the hands down scariest moment of our lives the month on Monday the 13th while visiting family up north. Our English bulldog became hyperthermic and had throat swelling from all the excitement of new surroundings of an exciting day. She started to turn blue/grey so we rushed her to the nearest vet, which was Countryside Vet service - Kinsman. They did not hesitate to take action. They took our little girl straight back to try and help with her respiratory distress that ultimately concluded with intubation and ventilatory support. Her larynx was nearly swollen shut and her temperature was extremely high. This team of compassionate professionals took action without question to save her. They let me stay with her the whole time. About 4 hours later we were able to extubate her and take her home on 1:1 supervision. The wonderful staff here saved my baby yesterday. She's my whole life, turns 7 in October, the most funloving little girl who enjoys life to the fullest... they saved her. They didn't know their day would start this way, didn't expect us coming in, definitely not scheduled, and they took action to save her life. I owe my life to these wonderful individuals and will be forever grateful for their care and expertise in caring for my sweet baby. I couldn't have asked for better care. They are all angels in my eyes. I could never thank them enough for what they have done for our sweet Winnie girl. Best group of team work and caring individuals I've ever met in my entire life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've been going here for 10+ years. Everyone is always pleasant & are good with my dogs! I've had to kennel them a couple times & if/when needed again, they won't go anywhere else! My dogs are always well taken care of here!
