I don’t know why they think delivery driver has a lot of time for waiting order. They serve the first customers on the line after that start preparing online order. Unprofessional stuff and long wait and only delivery but also long wait in line.

Pretty unfriendly service. 2/3 staff at counter made it seem a chore to serve customers, and then the one serving me got rude and snippy when I corrected her for missing the cream cheese I asked for.

I have never been disappointed here - be it a bagel with cream cheese, breakfast sandwich, or hot chocolate, the service is always fast and product delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, with plenty of light coming in and usually not as crowded as the nearby cafes are. I do love the bagels here - the cinnamon sugar bagels are just right, whereas the sugary bagels at Panera Bread can sometimes be too much. Additionally, the cream cheese servings are usually generous and there are some good options (including salmon). If you can get a jalapeno bagel with jalapeno cream cheese, it's amazing! My only complaint is that it closes earlier than a traditional cafe would, so I can't visit at times when the mood hits me.
