It's sounds horrible but usually when I come here it feels like there in a rush, Today I came in for a Lung problem and this wonderful Women Kerry helped me out and I've never felt more of a mother vibe from someone around here than her. It was awesome and I appreciate her!!

I would like to say that we had to bring my son in here during our vacation a few weeks ago. Yes, like anywhere there was a bit of a wait to be seen. But if it was an emergency, then that is what the ER is for at a hospital! We were treated very well by all staff, they were very compassionate towards my family and made everything very comfortable for my 6 year old son. They provided professional treatment and we could tell they were very concerned about our well-being. The facility seemed very clean and comfortable. We are very grateful to be able to find a quality facility so close to our vacation spot and were back to having fun promptly! Thanks all!

I've had internal bleeding for months and every "doctor" I have seen has told me I'm fine. And it just keeps getting worse and at this point I can barely move bc of the pain I'm in. They don't listen and just want there money they tell you you're just so you'll come back and make there money.

I adore the PA's I have experienced there but the reception is the worst. From gleefully telling me my PA was quitting before my appointment (he told me then and seemed frustrated at the mouths of reception) to ALWAYS being on hold for an hour+ before I can talk to literally anyone, I despise contacting the front office for anything at all. The wait times are ridiculous. I waited in an urgent care room over 2 hours before I complained and they sent someone to see me. Another time I waited in the hallway behind reception for a blood draw for an hour, only to be told reception forgot to let the phlebotomist know I was there waiting. I don't like the health department more, so unfortunately this is the only option.
