We were so disappointed. We've been there before, and was anxious to return this year. The waited outside was about 20 minutes (to be expected at any fish fry). Then after placing and paying for our order, we found a seat and waited. We waited and waited and waited. ONE HOUR and FOTY-FIVE minutes later we received our dinners. The food was hot and the coleslaw was very good. Unfortunately the fish sandwich was just okay, it was served in small pieces with very heavy batter. After removing the excess batter, I had more batter than fish on my plate. Periodically, someone apologized for the wait, stating they were doing the best they could with their small kitchen. I'm not unreasonable. I've worked functions like this and know the volunteers work very hard. When it's crowded, you expect a reasonable wait, but this was SUCH A BLATANT DISREGARD FOR THEIR PATRONS TIME. They could have notified us of the wait before placing an order. WE WILL NOT GO BACK!!

Their fish dinner during lent is excellent, definitely worth the wait although I'd recommend ordering to go.

I loved going to an event at Colton Hall. It was the only fire hall that I've ever been in that had a fully stocked bar. It was also very roomy inside and everyone was extremely nice.
