Machines broke down as i was in the car wash, very sloppy unprofessional appearance from the workers. Bob only offered me to go through the broken down car wash if i waited 15 mins for them to try and get it running. No refund.

They did not wash the undercarriage of my vehicle like I had paid for. I drove over to Weis directly after and found it bone dry. Disappointing as I was trying to give this car wash a shot. I will not be returning.

Such nice guys that towel dry your car. Only thing better would be to add inside cleaning to services.
