I grew up across the street but just visited again and needed to provide my review. Friday fish fry is something I can’t get in North Carolina so if I can I visit when I return home. This time I could and it was great. Chef took sincere interest in my satisfaction and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Faster than expected as well. Friendly and attentive service staff. Wish I had pictures but I was in a hurry.

We drove from Pittsburgh, PA to eat here, visited Erie for a couple days and drove here. The food was EXCELLENT and worth the trip!! The pie is phenomenal, there is love in this food!! If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! The service is exceptional and friendly...I would DEFINITELY go back again!!

We’ve been here many times and we feel the quality is slipping. Stopped for lunch today and it really wasn’t that busy but our food took 40 minutes. My hot meatloaf sandwich was crispy (burned). Also charged $2.00 for masked potatoes that I thought came with it. I ate the sandwich and didn’t say anything because I was hungry and I wasted enough time here. We payed and left and probably won’t return. Not sure what happened here but this restaurant isn’t the same at all.

Hands down best breakfast around. Skip the Bob Evans and you won't regret it. The only place I have found corn beef hash!
