Ok well I didn't really hate it.. what I didn't like is two years ago I ordered a Big Mac at the Foot Ave store in Jamestown. I took my meal and sat at a table.... I use to love Big Macs but this Big Mac was so messed up I swore I'd never step into a McDonald's ever again. The beef patties were two third the size of the bun and the thing cost an arm and a leg!!! I don't like to complain and I didn't that day I just took my business somewhere else. I bet there are some of you that know what I'm talking about. Bless You All.

This is quite literally the worst fast food place i have ever been too. This is my first and probably only review I will ever leave for any good stop. I have never once been here and gotten my food faster than 20 min. I have been late to MANY different obligations because I figured I could order a cheeseburger and fries and have it done in at least 15 min. Oh could I not have been more wrong. I have witnessed on multiple occasion, multiple cars order their food at the drive thru and then just leave without their food because it's taken so long, me included. God awful, stay away..... Messed up my order made me wait 10 minutes to get it. The people working there don’t know how to listen and so their jobs. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich they give me a spicy with nothing on it. The fries were cold from the 10 minute wait before I got my messed up order. Management needs to figure out how to better train the employees. It’s really not hard to do your job. And on top of everything else they all mumbled while wearing a mask so you really can’t understand one single thing they’re saying. I get it, you hate your lives but come on don’t take it out on the customers!
