My family has been using this storage company for almost a year. We called today because we need to pick up some furniture. I spoke to LIZ. HORRENDOUS customer service and this would not be the person I would want working representing my company to a current customer. When we first decided to use this company she was wonderful and said just about anything to get our business and money. Now that we have been paying our monthly fee for almost a year she wouldn’t listen for one second to my concerns. She said she told us there is a fee to pick up some items and an hourly charge to get our items and also we can’t just show up off the street to get our things and would be about another two weeks. HAD WE KNOWN THIS UPFRONT, we would have never used them. Is this how you treat a family who just had a tragic loss and NEED to pick up items out of storage?! Maybe not had she just stoped taking for a second and let me finish a sentence. She was THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST person I have spoke to on the phone when dealing with a company. I do NOT recommend this company as it is a perfect example of bait and switch. Once they have your money they can careless. Had we been told from the beginning we couldn’t access our items if WE NEED THEM, we would have NEVER booked them. Save yourself a huge headache and Please do not use this company. They do NOT appreciate your business!

We had Doug, John, and Greg move and pack my parents apartment and move them to a new location. They were prompt, hard working and an absolute pleasure to have around. It was not an easy job and they were amazing. I would use this company, especially these men for myself and would recommend them to anyone. I hope this review makes it to the owners. I would love to say this in person. Thank you too these men. It was a pleasure spending the day with you!!!

Two day move. Only two guys showed up to move me in. They weren't the ones who tore down stuff and packed the truck. We couldn't find hardware for the longest time and never did find some. I had broken knobs off my dresser and they sliced one of my power chairs! Poor customer service too as they promised a claim form to be sent via email two weeks ago.

Okay -nobody looks forward to moving day! and i DREADED it! Well moving day came and our movers showed up on time introduced them selves and moving regulations and started to move us, well The crew, Doug the 3rd, Te and John ( this man is strong!) Did a wonderful job they were respectful and took great care with our furniture and valuables. To Management: you are very lucky to have such a delightful hard working crew they are very efficient and really no how to move! If I were to move again I would use Matheson again- thanks guys for moving us and making our day less stressful!
